The WineExposed south - facing the Méditerranean Sea Following the hills with chalky soil originating from Devonian period specifies the foothills of The Aspres. From here we create well-structured red wines, rosé wines personalized by aromas of raspberries. The non pressed grapes - fermentated and macerated - all from old vines of the type Carignan, Grenache Noir, Mourvedre and growing on schists from the Silurian Epoch, create wines of great finesse and very fruity. The vineyards of chalky-clay from the Pliocene Epoch, are the procucers of the tannins that creates the noble wine destined for aging. ![]() On the light and clayey soil, the Syrah and the Grenache are assembled for making a Pays Rosé made of unpeeled grapes creating a color of Salmon.
