Le DomaineThe domaine was bought by the Grand Grandfather in 1880, and we are the 4.th generation of winemakers. The wine cellars was made in 1904, half buried in order to keep an equal temperature the whole year around, avoiding the gap in temperatures of the different seasons. Each generation has brought changes in the way of making wine - to improve the wine making - while at the same time respecting the traditions. The visit at de l'Eco-Museum permits us to remind the old traditions and tools, used in the past: Tools for arbouring, sattlemaking, labouring.  Geographical situation: Predominant on the Roussillon plain, with a full view over the Albères Mountains and Corbières. In the horizon the Mediterranean see 25 km away, an exceptionel situation at the balcony of The Aspres, where the Canigou Mountain shelters a very particular region.
