Côtes du Roussillon Rouge
We choose our best vines for the elaboration of this cuvée.

One of the Characteristics of our domain is the association between the noble grapes like the Grenache and the Syrah and an old vine of the Carignan, which adds all its personality and its character

The Syrah, a very aromatc grape, adds the fruity notes. The Grenache, in it's favoire soil, adds the fineness and the spicey pepper notes and permits a very interesting aging for this wine.

This cuvée develops a very intense bouquet and should accompany all kind of red meat.
